What is the best way to determine the size I need?

Each product has a size chart included in the image real. You can determine the size you need by looking at the chart and the measurements to figure out which size would work best for you. The size chart for each item can be found in the product images.

I ordered an item but it did not fit. What should I do?

Unfortunately due to the process that we are using to fulfill orders, we are not allowing returns at this time. We encourage all of our customers to use the sizing chart to confirm their size prior to purchasing.

When is the last day to order items, for them to arrive by Christmas? 

Orders must be placed by December 10th in order to arrive by Christmas. We all know the struggles we have been having with the Postal Service and to be safe we encourage you to place your order by December 10th at the latest.

For orders shipping outside of the US, should be placed by the following dates to be received by Christmas:

• Australia / New Zealand - November 28

• Canada - December 3

• Europe - December 4

• Japan - December 4

• Rest of the world - November 27
